Hey guys,Just returning from California where I spent 3 days at www.ROMWOD.com Headquarters learning more great ways to keep you mobile, flexy and all around healthy athletes. The theory behind the long deep tissue manipulation poses that ROMWOD offers is all about maintaining great mobility but also to create strong cores and better balance.I'm excited to share the new movements they taught me which are not yet even on their website programming as well share with coach Brit who will be running the mobility classes when she is not on shift.Be sure to come out try this class and learn how to look after yourself after and pre workouts.
