Guess What's back in the program?

It's baaaaack..... Pat Sherwood's 12 tests of Fitness:

"The 12 Tests, aka, the Linchpin Dirty Dozen, were created by Pat Sherwood as a way for athletes and coaches to measure progress and expose weaknesses. They cover a broad range of movements, loading's, repetition ranges, and time domains."These 12 tests WODs will show their face over the next 16 weeks. If you did this last year you know these are really good tests. Hopefully you have your numbers from the last time and if not or this is your first run through, keep track as these beauties are a staple for us. We will not be doing them in a row but if you want to get a look at what's in store check out:12 TESTSAs always these tests, just like CrossFit is Infinitely scalable. Do not shy away from these tests because they look heavy, or complex movements. be sure our coaching staff will set you up to get an amazing test at a level you feel just uncomfortable enough to curse my name for programming these .. lolEnjoy the ride and become better athletesStouty

3 Rounds for time of:

  • 21 Wallballs 20/14
  • 14 Handstand Push-ups
  • 7 Deadlifts 315/205

.Lvl 2 Fitness3 Rounds for time of:

  • 21 Wallballs 20/14
  • 14 Handstand Push-ups progressions
  • 7 Deadlifts 225/155

.Lvl 1 Technique3 Rounds for time of:

  • 21 Wallballs (chose a weight to hit 10 ft consistently)
  • 14 Push ups
  • 7 Deadlifts ( great technique)
