Strength & Conditioning

Reminder we have switched the classes & Strength and Conditioning will be at 9:00am and then Mobility at 10:30am. We have made this switch so you can do both classes if you choose and get the required recovery after. Coach Todd will be in Sunday and has a great Mobility Plan for all of you.Get Swole & Flexy.

Workout Of the Day: Get OutSide

5x50mHeavy Prowler Push → 50m Sprint*Rest as needed between sets.

-then when you finish on a running clock

Every 30 seconds until death, alternating:

1+ Chinup

2+ Pushups

Cash Out:

5 min Recovery Row or Jog.Check back each night at 8pm for the next days WOD.
