 Group Warm Up - Flow Movement

TEAMS OF 4 WOD

USING FULL GYM LENGTH10 Double KB squat cleans pairs in sync @24/16Sprint down and back  (next pair goes)10m walk lunge in front rack  (all 4 athletes with one db each)10 Double KB Squat cleansSprint down and back full length and backRepeat at 30 m/ 20m and 10 m until the end.Walk lunge the entire 50 m in sinc in line back to start line.Burpee penalty each time you break up a set or set the kb’s down on the return.

Finish off with team sled relays

1 mile relay with 200/150 Dog sleds.
