Dial it in
This time we’re in now, with at home workouts / coach led virtual zoom classes. It’s a wonderful time to dial it all in. What do we mean?
Scale back the weights, and dial in the technique and the movement. We always want this from you. Movement, form, technique should always be put above the intensity or the weight. But now in particular is an excellent time to remind ourselves of that.
I was did Fran with a PVC pipe and ring rows, and was still very much gassed at the end of the workout.
So during the next couple weeks, tune in to our coach led virtual classes, listen to all the coaching cues, and dial in the movement, and technique. If you do, you’ll be amazed at the results, and how things feel when we’re all back to in person training together.
