Coach Neal

Hey Crew, Coach Neal is doing an internship course which is for a requirement for a Gerontology degree that he is completing. As part of this course he is creating an 8 week program for older adults that will focus on nutrition, fitness
capabilities/restrictions and goals moving forward.

Coach Neal is looking for a small group of our 60+ athletes to join him for this ( it would be free ) he will run a group zoom once a week to chat about the previous week, goals for the upcoming week and end in a modified group workout. Aside from the weekly meeting he would be available for one-on-one virtual meetings through the 8 weeks for guidance, support and assessments (ideally 2-3 of these meetings with each person throughout the program).

If you’re a 60+ athlete interested in working with Coach Neal on this, please let us know and we can provide you with answers to any questions you might have.

If you’re a 50+ athlete who would be interested we can also chat with Neal as well.

This is as excellent opportunity so please consider it.

Focus:

Medball clean complex - use a backpack or sandbag

6 min EMOM

2 MB Deadlifts
2 MB Jump Shrug (pulls)
4 MB Cleans
4 MB Front Squats

WOD:

Tabata

T2B ( toes to Wall or table) 
Medball Cleans (or backpack, sandbag ect) 
KB swings ( db or object swings, can also do weighted glute bridges) 
DU ( Lateral hops over object) 
Medball sit ups (any object overhead)
