September seems to be a time of the year when we get a lot of questions about new membership + how to get started. You have friends + family members who have finally decided to ask, after listening to you talk about CrossFit forever.So a quick rundown.All CrossFitters go through a Fundamental program. This consists on 3 to 4 private or semi-private sessions with a coach, exposing athletes to the fundamental movements we do in CrossFit. Giving athletes a good foundation for when they attend classes.These sessions are booked based on the athlete + coaches available schedule.If the athlete is already a CrossFitter, just moving to our gym. We typically do one free session with a coach, or have them in class, depending on the situation. First to just assess movement. In this case we would ask that the athlete speak to Steph or Jen first to set it up.After completing fundamentals we have a couple different membership options;Unlimited = Any class Monday - Sunday + access to open gym. (We ask that they be members for 3 months prior to attending open gym)3x a week = Any Class Monday - Friday. Weekend classes + open gym times are excluded from this membership.10 class pass = Any class Monday - Sunday + access to open gym. (We ask that they be members for 3 months prior to attending open gym) ** This is not a monthly membership. But stays on your account for up to 1 year, or until the 10 passes are used.We also offer couples + family memberships as well. All of our prices can be found on our website.
