Last week six Canadian Armed Forces members lost their lives off the coast of Greece in a helicopter Crash.A Hero WOD in their honour was sent to us by a member of CrossFit Indestri, Jenn Martin, who aside from being a local high school teacher CCI, has also been an active member of the Canadian Forces since 2004 where she started as a marine service officer driving ships.This loss hits close to home for Jenn as has friends aboard the HMCS Fredericton, and personally knew Sub-Lt. Abbigail Cowbrough.This Saturday the Hero WOD Steph + Jen will do at 9am will be Stalker to honour the 6 lives lost last week."Stalker" is the callsign for the HMCS Fredericton's helicopter.We would ask that you join us on Saturday at 9am, Jenn Martin will be joining us to pay tribute as well.
