How are you?

How are you doing?As time goes on how is your motivation level to keep active?  The weather is getting nicer now, so in some ways it can be easier to get outside in active ways (while still social distancing of course.)Have you created a routine to stay active?  How are you feeling physically and mentally?For us, we've been all over the place and that's okay.  None of us have playbook on a situation like this.  We've come to realize that giving ourself a break and being kind to ourselves is key.  It's okay to not "feel it" everyday.If you're finding it a struggle to get into a routine, or plan, shoot us a message, we're happy to help!We will all get through this together!
