Murph is coming....

Just a reminder that this is a long weekend. It’s also tradition that for Victoria Day weekend, we do Murph!

We will have one class only on Monday at 10am. Rather than our usual 9:30am holiday WOD, we’ve gone 30 mins later as we will be hosting a Potluck/BBQ after the WOD. CF Indestri will supply burgers! Please bring salads, veggies, fruits, whatever snacks will refuel after Murph!

There will not be a class cap on Murph, however we would ask that you please sign in (ahead of time!) We need to have an idea of numbers so we have enough food!
