No 6:30pm class on Friday

Regular hours Saturday 8:30am + 9:30am Partner WODS.

Regular hours Sunday 9am, Strength + Conditioning

Monday 10am only - we’re doing Murph followed by a Potluck BBQ. No class cap, but please sign in so we have an idea of numbers! (Before Monday if you know your coming please. We would like to get an idea of numbers for food.)

WOD : 

5 x 100m (at 75, 80, 85, & 90% perceived exertion) w/ 100m walk between efforts.
2 x 200m (at 90% & 93%) w/ 200m walk between efforts

2 min rest

4 x 200m (at 95-98%) w/ 200m walk 2min rest between efforts
2 x 400m (at 75 & 60% recovery jogs) w/ 200m walk between efforts

Level 2:

5 x 100m (at 75, 80, 85, & 90% perceived exertion) w/ 100m walk between efforts.
