For those of you who follow Mentality WOD you might have seen this post this morning.

Someone with a beginners mindset says; teach me, help me, show me, I have more to learn, I want to grow, I don’t know much, I want to know more, review it with me again, can you watch me while I try it, give me feedback, share the resources with me, help me become more aware, what can I do better.

A beginners mindset is a winning mindset!
