Teams in Training
Over the course of a year we have many different teams who drop in + book in team training sessions at our facility.From local sports (hockey, baseball, etc) teams, to local ski teams doing dry land training, to olympic teams in town needing a space to get their training in.We feel very fortunate that our facility is able to provide so many teams both local + visiting with the space they need.This past winter we’ve had many world class teams in the area drop in to get in their training sessions, from the US ladies ski team during NorAm, to our own Canadian Olympic Ski Team, the Snowboard team from China, + this week the US Paralympic Snowboard Team is in.One of the beautiful things about CrossFit, is that no matter where you go in the world, when you find a CrossFit Affiliate, you know you’ll have found a space to be welcomed!
