We have a number of newer members within the facility. Some brand new to CrossFit some who have just moved to the area. It may seem like we “repeat” ourselves some times on the blog, + that those of you who have been around awhile already know. For those who don’t, our 6:30pm class every other Tuesday night is an Oly Lifting class.These classes are the perfect opportunity for you to dial in technique on your Olympic Lifting!This Tuesday is an Oly Lifting night working this week on;
3-Position Clean (ground, below knee, above knee) + Jerk 60%, 65%, 70%, 75% x 3 sets
Clean Pull 95% (of cln) 2–2-2 100% x 2-2-2
3RM Clean & jerk
