These are unprecedented times for all. We’re all in unchartered waters. This can take a toll on you, whether you feel overly stressed or not. It’s there.With that, we’ve given careful consideration to the at home workouts we’ve given you this week. This week is all about keeping you moving. We’re not looking at intensity levels that rival Fran times. We’re looking at you moving + determining the intensity level for you.Doing the at home workouts the past couple days myself (Jen) I realized I was stopping in air squats when I might normally go unbroken. If you’re noticing things like this, take in to consideration your stress levels, your sleep, your nutrition. And take it easy on yourself!
