For many who have been a part of the CrossFit community for a long time, you’ll remember that one of the unwritten rules in almost all CF affiliates is to introduce yourself to new faces + help make them feel at home.Whether they’re a beginner CrossFitter or a visiting CrossFitter dropping in for a workout, having everyone take the time to say hello + welcome you is one of the beautiful things about the global CrossFit community at large!We not only have some new members joining our classes, but we’ve also had a bunch of visiting CrossFitters from all over the world in lately!
