No Magic
It’s not the first time you’ve heard us say that there is no magic pill, no magic drink, no magic prescription for training, recovery, weight loss, muscle gain, etc.....
We often see posts or commercials advertising some supplement that claims to aid in, whatever... weight loss, recovery, mental focus, the list goes on. Supplements in some cases are great, and needed. We live in an area that lacks vitamin D for a good percentage of the year, so for many of us we need to supplement with vitamin D.
However we should always be looking to our diet first! We should be sourcing our foods to get everything we can out of real food sources before we supplement. Supplements are just that. Supplements.... Not replacements!
There is no magic supplement that will replace time + real food|clean nutrition. Just like there isn’t any magic to training. You have to put in the work to see the results!
Though we do have a ‘not so secret’ to success.... Eat clean, come to class, work hard & trust the process!
