Updated Open Gym Policy
As we grow as a gym ( introducing other activities & classes) and membership increases we like to make sure everyone is continuing to meet each other and the community that we pride ourselves on is strong. We have an upgraded policy on our Website found here for OPEN GYM POLICY.One thing we believe strongly in at CrossFit Indestri, is that open gym is used to work on skills learned in class and as time to make up work outs you are not able to make it to. We also acknowledge there may be some athletes training to compete and are looking for more accessory work and longer time frames then class allows for to accomplish their training. We support this, but we also believe you need to be at least participating in one between Monday to Friday each week to make sure coaches are getting eyes on your movement and you have a chance to interact with-in the community. So please take a minute to read through the policy and be sure to enjoy your community, have fun in class, throw some high fives around, introduce yourself to new faces and be healthy, fitter people.
