Coaches do the Coaching
One of the best things about the CrossFit community and the classes, is the support and enthusiasm we get from everyone. The coaches and support crew (other athletes) that are always game to help at Indestri. We strongly encourage that support. We want you to finish your workout, turn around and cheer everyone else on who is still finishing. However, we ask that you leave the coaching to the coaches.
We’re extremely lucky to have experienced coaches who know what they are talking about, and it's their job to inform, instruct, and coach the athletes in our facility. If an athlete in a class asks you a question, direct them to the coach. As an athlete in a class, direct your questions to the coach. We know it would never be your intention, and you might not even realize it, but it is disrespectful to the coach on the floor when you’re coaching in a class. You would never go into a classroom and teach around the teacher in the classroom. Please don’t do that to any of our coaches in the facility. It’s the coaches job.
Please keep supporting and encouraging one another, that's awesome, we want that, but please leave the coaching to the coaches.
