CrossFit Indestri Crew
After a weekend on constant deliberations amid the current worldwide pandemic surrounding the COVID-19 virus, + the call for the temporary closure of fitness facilities in Quebec today.
We have made the decision that effective Monday, March 16th CrossFit Indestri will be temporarily closing our doors until April 1st.
We did not come to this decision lightly, training for many is a stress release + these are extremely stressful times for all. We want to assure you that we are still here for you every step of the way. Nightly blogs will still be posted with workouts to do at home, we will be going live every morning at 7:30am on social media to go over the workouts, various movements, answer questions about the workouts, etc. We will be available my DM + email. We’re 100% here every step of the way! Your health + fitness is our top priority.

Focus:
Back pack or DB clean and press
5-5-5-5
WOD:
100 DU or 150 single-unders or lateral hops over dumbbell30 stair jumps, tuck jumps or Air squats10 thrusters ( use any object that is safe ) Db, kb, Backpacks full of books, water jugs full, tree branches etc.
Rest 3 Minutes & Repeat
