Reminder in case you didn’t see the blog post last week, as we’ve had some issues with blog post timing on certain devices.
We have a change to the evening schedule to be aware of. As of this week. The Bootcamp that Shannon leads in the small gym on Monday + Wednesday evenings will be moving to Tuesday + Thursday evenings at 6:30pm.
What this means; there will be no open gym times on Tuesday + Thursday from 6:30pm until close. The small gym will be in use, and there is never open gym in the big gym area during a class time. The changes have been made in zenplanner. If you’re attending Open Gym times, you should be signing in on zenplanner as well! Thank you!
This also means that there is now the possibility of open gym training on Monday + Wednesday evenings as of the 13th. However nothing with the open gym policy has changed. We still ask that open gym time during class times be kept to skill work, lifting + mobility. That it not be intrusive to the class, this includes the noise level, equipment, etc. You can finding the open gym policy on our website to review if you’re taking part in open gym during a class time.
Monday + Wednesday evening classes are some of our busier class times. We hope this change will work out well for everyone.
