Who is Danny Lehr
I (Jen) have known Danny for 4 or 5 years. He's the CEO of Caffeine + Kilos, the owner of CrossFit Excel, + a Coach in California, he's a CrossFitter + Olympic Weight Lifter. He has trained with + been trained by some of the top lifters. He also use to run the @liftingfix if you check it out on instagram you'll see lots of his older content.Danny is an all around great guy. So much so, that when we started the online classes + I contacted him about doing an olympic lifting session with our crew, he said "Absolutely" right away!Danny will be coaching an online class for you this Thursday, April 2nd at 2pm.
