First Class

For those who are interested in attending the New Oly Lifting Class tonight at 6:30pm you must sign in before the class as the class cap is set at 16 people.  Here's a look at what we'll be doing in the class.Remembered that on the Tuesday night this class is happening, that there will not be a regular 6:30pm WOD.  Everything is set up in Zenplanner, so you'll know which Tuesday evening the class is happening on.
