Hit a WOD with Bill

On Tuesday, July 31st at the 5:30pm WOD we'll have a special visitor in the house and we're hoping all of you will come hit the WOD then to welcome him back for a visit.One of CrossFit Indestri's Original Members + Coaches, Coach Bill Pain will be back in town for a visit.

On December 14th, 2014, we held a going away WOD for two of CFI's original coaches Marc & Bill who were moving to our parts of Canada to pursue their careers. We had a large number of our community out that night to celebrate with them. On Tuesday, July 31st at 5:30pm we would love to have our entire community, both old and new out to welcome Bill back for a visit, hit a workout and maybe crank some Beastie Boys!Coaches make a lasting impact on a community, Bill was a big part of CFI from the early days in our old facility, to the new facility, right up until work to him to the North West Territories, and for any members who knew Coach Bill, we're always excited to have back for a visit ( with any luck, maybe one day back for good )!  Some newer members may have met and been coached by Bill when he came back for a visit in 2016 and stopped in to guest coach a few classes!Please mark the date on the calendar, and plan to hit 5:30pm that day.  We will not have a class cap for the 5:30pm WOD, but please still sign in if you're an existing member.  If you're an old member, we'd love to see you too, so please come!
