Looking to put in some extra workout on your Olympic lifts?   We have a lifting class for just that, every other Tuesday evening at 6:30pm.This class is for everyone from beginner lifters to advanced lifters.  Work on technique to improve your lifts!This class has a cap of 16 people, so make sure you sign in on Zenplanner!This weeks lift is Clean + Jerk!
