No.Who would ever have fun training if the mindset behind it was always related to the negative?Training | working out should be fun! It’s something you should look forward to. Even if you don’t look forward to the workout itself, embracing the suck in the moment, you look forward to the feeling after it!Start looking at training, as a celebration of the things your body is capable of doing. Not as a punishment for anything you ate or drank, or because you enjoyed a relaxing weekend!Remember, you don’t have to workout, you get to!
