When you’re training, we care less about your time, or the number of rounds you get + more about you, being in it!What do we mean?We always want quality movement above all else!  Focus on the movement, hit the movement standards, feel it + continue to push yourself, knowing that you’re striving to be | do your best!We don’t compete with those next to us, this is training, it’s not competition. However we do encourage you to use those training around you to push yourself!As a fitness facility we don’t strive to have all our members have crazy fast times on the white board.  We strive to have all of you, our members moving safely, correctly + reaching all movement standards!The whiteboard gets erased, the numbers on it (should be written in your book!  Get a book!) But truly the numbers matter to you, not us!  So don’t make it your goal to get through a WOD as fast as possible, because you think we care who was the fastest.  We don’t really.  What we do care about your movement!Quality movement is key!!Surrounding yourself with a community of people who continue to inspire you to do | be your best self is also key!
