OLY LIFTING DAY
Split Jerk
5x3
then
5 Rounds
Every 90 Seconds
2 Hang Power Cleans
then
5 Rounds
Every 90 Seconds
2 Hang Squat Cleans
*Goal is to go up in weight every set
Then Finish with
5 Rounds of the following complex
1 Power Clean
1 Jerk
1 Squat Clean
2 Jerks
Rx Start at 185/125 and go up if you can between rounds. Rest 1-2 min between rounds. Scale to a moderate to heavy weight according to technique and strength
