I am providing online physiotherapy services via video that focuses on exercise strategies and education specific to your issue. Virtual physiotherapy services have been a common and effective practice in both the UK and Australia for a while, but for some reason, we have been slow to follow suit in Canada. Now we have been forced to catch up, and it allows us to continue providing personalized exercise plans and education that form the backbone of effective physiotherapy treatment. Virtual sessions are now being covered by the majority of extended health benefit providers.
