As you know just before the shutdown Steph + Jen launched sheSTRONG is based on the strength | health | empowerment of women, by women, for women. Women empowering women through fitness.The first ever sheSTRONG workout kicked on alongside the Town of Collingwood's International Women's Day weekend events, just before the shutdown.

sheSTRONG has been planned to be, workouts, workshops, events, competitions, retreats + the small apparel line you may have seen.  With the shutdown, plans for the first sheSTRONG competition were put on hold.  However, that will not stop us from bringing ladies together to support, encourage, inspire, motivate + empower one another through fitness.  So beginning Monday at 12pm, registration has opened for sheSTRONG noplacelikehome.Which will be 4 weeks of workouts, 100% FREE, 100% fun + 100% friendly for home. Workouts will be released on Friday’s + on Sunday’s we’ll host a free live virtual workout.
