What is it about CrossFit that has you drawn to it?  The workouts?  The loud music?  The fact that you don't have to think about what to do at the gym, your coach just tells you?  For a lot of people it's that they walk through the door and everyone knows who they are, the people in the gym care about you, want you to do well, etc…  The draw is the community!  Both inside your affiliate and the greater CrossFit Community as a whole.If you're reading this and thinking you haven't experienced the community, then the first question would be, do you come to our events?  If we have a BBQ at the gym, or a holiday get together, a gym movie night, or if we go to a big event like UG last weekend, do you come?  If the answer is no, then please come out next time.  You're part of our community at CF Indestri and we want you to experience it!The community is the BEST part.  You don't have to compete, or even volunteer, you can just come hang out.  But experiencing the community inside the box, and then the greater community is something special about CrossFit.  As a CrossFitter your part of a world wide community of people, who will open their arms to you, and that is never more present than at events like UG BeachWOD last weekend.  Athletes from all over the world coming together to hang out, compete, volunteer, cheer each other on!(( Photo above; a crew of our CFI members got the chance to spend some time on Sunday in the Lifting Fix Clinic at UG BeachWOD with Danny Lehr.  While Danny worked on snatch positions, etc. with them.  Danny is an owner of Caffeine and Kilos, Owner of CrossFit Excel in Cali, Founder of The Lifting Fix, etc.  A very knowledgeable coach and olympic lifter, and a great guy!  Happy our CFI crew got a chance to spend some time with him! ))
