The Wodapalooza Online challenge starts today!

If you are on the fence for signing up... just do it, if you have no plans to go any farther its still fun to enter your score and see where you stack up against thousands of people around the world. The Wodapalooza represents what we at Crossfit Indestri believe in... Community! This is the 8th year for this event that started out as a single Day workout on the beaches in Miam with 100 people max. today its 10 thousand plus people around the world competing and having fun with some hoping to qualify for the big event in Miami but most of us just enjoying working out, celebrating fitness and trying the cool workouts they release.I have had the honour this year to be selected as one of the programmers for the festival, online challenge and I will tell you right now there is nothing in these workouts we have not done in class and you have definitley endured harder workouts in our everyday program. These workouts  are set for all divisions.EliteRxIntermediateScaledAdaptiveMastersTeensand TeamsThis is the widest spread set of divisions in any competition and festival.If you are planning on trying to advance to Miami, be sure to record your Workout as if you do make it you need video proof. You do not need a judge just video proof you performed the workout to standard. If you do not plan to advance to Miami then hit the workout dont worry about recording and submit your scores.
