Hard to believe it's already Thanksgiving weekend! We hope everyone has a chance to spend time with family + friends and enjoy all that you are truly thankful for. As a reminder with the holiday weekend, also comes holiday hours at the gym.

We also wanted to share a few housekeeping things. You have probably seen a number of new faces in your classes this past month. We hope each of you are introducing yourself and welcoming our new or returning members and making them feel at home. You have also probably noticed that some of our class times are coming very close to cap out. As mentioned last month, we are tracking class attendance this fall to look at the potential of adding additional times if needed. We also need to stress the importance of SIGNING IN FOR CLASS. As an example, this week we had a class that had 7 people signed in, but had 17 people attend class. Signing in for class is mandatory! We have class caps for a number of reasons, including safety, equipment, experience, and so on.... PLEASE SIGN IN. The fastest and easiest way is to download the zenplanner app! If a class is capped out, unfortunately you will have to attend a different class time during that day.We also require that if you're attending an open gym time, you will also need to sign in on zenplanner please. We have fixed all the open gym times on zenplanner to allow for signing in. We thank you for taking the time to sign in, it's very much appreciated by management, coaches and the other members attending the class.Thank you so much everyone.
