Yes the last few blog posts have been related to the spread of germs. It seems all anyone is talking about these days is the CoronaVirus.Whether you’re someone who is concerned about the spread of the virus, or someone who thinks it’s being blown out of proportion, either way, it doesn’t matter, what matters is that we all do our part to lessen the spread of anything!The fact is, most of the precautions we can take to ensure everyone stays healthy, are common sense, but we’re going to ask them of you regardless!We already ask you to wipe down everything you use in the gym. We’ve put up some reminders around the gym. + now we’re also going to ask that you take just a minute upon entering the gym, before + after class to please wash your hands.By doing these little things, we can all help to do our part in trying to ensure everyone stays healthy!We’re also going to ask that as much as camaraderie is one of the biggest, + best parts of CrossFit, we would ask everyone for the time being, to share your encouragement + spirit through words + cheers rather then fist bumps + high-fives. Just to be on the safe side + keep everyone comfortable.Thank you for your understanding + help!
