Just a reminder that we’re hosting OUTWOD on Saturday.  It is not a competition, it’s a workout fundraiser in support of the OUT Foundation.A celebration of Pride!You must sign up / register on the OUTWOD website to come + participate.  We will also have a silent auction during the workout, lots of incredible items donated by our community!REGISTER HEREReminder that anyone is welcome to register!  They do not have to be a CrossFitter!  In fact, if you have family or friends who have been interested in trying CrossFit, this would be a great inclusive way to have them come in with you!  Just register them in the link above!
