Jennifer Broxterman is a fellow CrossFitter from London, ON who was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer.

For those who don’t know her, Jennifer is the co owner of CrossFit London along with her husband Dave + is also a registered dietician.
She was recently diagnosed with stage 3 Ovarian Cancer and immediately had to get her entire reproductive system removed plus part of her colon and bladder.
Jen was a fellow Regional competitor and our friendship grew as I grieved through Jen Young’s cancer battle. She was the kind of competitor that you were drawn towards because her attitude is infectious.

Emily Beers a fellow CrossFitter has set up a go fund me account to help cover some costs. CrossFit London held an event last weekend. But for anyone who wasn't in the area, a challenge has also been put out into the CrossFit community for 1 min of max cals on a bike, rower or 1 min of max burpees. The challenge is asking that you gut it out for 1 min, and then in turn, donate $1. for every cal or burped you're able to do.
