Just a heads up for the the 6am & 7am classes Friday. I will have a documentary crew following me during coaching. If you do not wished to be filmed just sign the form and you will be edited out of the final film. The film will be about my journey from adaptive athlete to director of athletes at wodapalooza, CrossFit Seminar Staff and Creator of WheelWOD. There is hope for it to be picked up by Netflix and Amazon Prime. Please do not feel pressured to be part of the film and the content will be approved by me before final edit so be yourself and just enjoy your regular workout as usual.
