Well as hard as I find it to believe that I’m 40.  I really do feel like age is just a number, thou it does mean you’re in for a 40 min workout today!  (Sorry)Thursday’s tend to be the slower days in the gym, so I challenge you to get in, + get after this workout,  be thankful you’re not the one doing it in a weight vest!
