Our fitness is measurable. By keeping track of your training, you're able to keep track of improvements, goals, how you were feeling on training days, etc. It's important, because we want you to see improvements.
We have WOD books for sale in the gym, or you can bring in your own book. But you need to write it down and keep track! Most importantly keep track of your 1 RM's, or benchmarks, but to be honest, it's great to keep track of everything. Including how you felt that day, even how you slept the night before can play a factor in your training the following day. So write it down too!
We actually just got some brand new WOD books in Wednesday morning. If you're looking for a stocking stuffer they would make a great addition!
