12 Days of CrossFit
Todays workout is one of our favourite days of the year. The gym will be set up when you arrive, as there's a lot of equipment, and it's a long workout. Varying stations will be set up, with a variety of weights, box heights, etc. Sharing is caring in this workout! It's not for speed, it's just to get the work done, in a festive holiday spirit.
Find some festive workout gear to wear. Red | green | white always works well.

On the 3rd day of Christmas my CrossFit coach gave to me:
3 Burpee Box Jump Overs
2 Atlas Stones +
1 HSPU
