Do not Cherry Pick endurance days!

What are we talking about? Do not look at the blog, scroll down to the bottom and see that tomorrow is an endurance WOD “running” and decide against coming because you don’t like running or “can’t run” due to an injury!

If you can’t run due to an injury, you will be given another option other than running!

If you don’t like running.... Well, get use to it, nicer weather is here and we run, in WODs and for WODs during the nicer weather.

If you’re just starting to run, like we do for all of our workouts, talk to the coach, distances can be changed to suit. But whatever you do, do not cherry pick! Come!!

Workout Pacing:  The opening round pacing for this workout should be slightly faster than your mile goal time.
