Hero WOD for Heidi
After the tragic loss of lives last weekend in Nova Scotia, a HERO WOD was created to honour the life of RCMP Const. Heidi Stevenson who lost her life on Sunday, April 19th, 2020 in the mass shooting. A 23 year veteran, wife + mother of two. Many CrossFit affiliates across Canada are honouring Heidi this week.We have changed the original Hero WOD we had planned for Saturday, and will instead do the WOD to honour Heidi. There will be two options for times. 9am with Coach Steph + 10am with Coach Kevin from CrossFit Watchtower.
