Conditioning:
The workout goes as follows....Run 2 mins ( aim for 400m)Run 1 Min as far as possible with an awkward objectRest 2 Min **Keep repeating this until the object has travelled 1200 Meters.**Pace but do not OVER Pace the 400s.
