10 Min EMOM 3 Front SquatsStart at 60% of your 1 Rep and try to add weight each round Push Press1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1(no jerk)Thruster2-2-2-2-2-2Building to heavy Double 

Conditioning:

The workout goes as follows....Run 2 mins ( aim for 400m)Run 1 Min as far as possible with an awkward objectRest 2 Min **Keep repeating this until the object has travelled 1200 Meters.**Pace but do not OVER Pace the 400s.
