Restoring the Spin

We spent Friday afternoon giving all the barbells some much needed love.  If you happen to have an older barbell at home, we highly recommend giving it some love with Bar Shield!

Check out the video on our FB and Instagram page.  Both sides of the barbell we're spinning or actually lacking spin the same.  In the video the first side we show you was treated with Bar Shield, the second side hadn't been yet!

Focus:

3RM Back Squat3RM Dead Lift.

Workout Of the Day:

Running Clock:5-5-5-5-5Bench Press, AHAP*1 Length Farmer Carry AHAP between rounds.then after Bench work go immediately into200m ( 6 down and backs) Farmer Carry (Same Weight as above)*Every Drop perform 5 Pushups

Cash Out:

Sled Pushes1 length (High Bar)  Heavy Every 2 min for 8 minutes.Check back each night at 8pm for the next days WOD
