Mom & Baby Monday

Did you know that every Monday at 10:30am we have a Mom & Baby class?Our Mom & Baby class was created in 2015 shortly after Head Coach Stephanie McKean had her daughter. We wanted to give moms a class to come and bring baby, and should they wish they can incorporate baby into class. The class runs Mondays from 10:30am-11:30am. Class consists of Warm up, cardio (no impact) strengthening - pelvic floor/glute activation/ core and joint work, a WOD - intensity with rest so we can check on babies. We finish all of this off with circle time and sing song so the babies leave happy.

"I ended up having a C-Section which was very unexpected and rather scary when your muscles that you use everyday in coaching(employment) and training are cut through. After 6 weeks of doing absolutely nothing but being a mom I started on the road to recovering back to my general prepared fitness level.
