Shoulders tight? Lower back a little fried?17.3 may have taken a bit of a toll on you but it's nothing an hour with me can't fix  Come to mobility at 9am and we will unglue those shoulders and loosen up those Glutes and hams.Injury doesn't come from movement, it happens from lack of or improper... You cant expect to move well if you don't address the issues that are preventing it.Stouty

5 Sets, 30 seconds work, 30 seconds restCal Assault Bike SprintBox Jumps (24/20)Power Clean AHAP.

Cash Out:

Sled Sprints7 x (90sec)EMOM Down and back2-45's on the sled.Check back each night at 8pm for the next days WOD
