Shoulders tight? Lower back a little fried?17.3 may have taken a bit of a toll on you but it's nothing an hour with me can't fix Come to mobility at 9am and we will unglue those shoulders and loosen up those Glutes and hams.Injury doesn't come from movement, it happens from lack of or improper... You cant expect to move well if you don't address the issues that are preventing it.Stouty
