Partner WOD

Gym opens at 8:30ambe there if you need extra warm up or stretching. Class starts at 9:00am and it will run like any other hour class with a warm up and focus. These classes are getting large so prepare to deal with larger numbers and listen to the coach to save time.This Saturday I am on the clock and plan to get you warm and running quickly to take on a 40 minute bruiser you see below.So be readyStouty.
