Group Warm Up.
Workout Of the Day:
Get a group of 4 together and complete this WODThis is a relay style workout completed in teams of 4 with team member 1 starting on the run; team member 2 starting on the Iron Chair, Team number 3, starting on the Burpees/ squat and team member 4 starting on the plank. Team members will rotate after team member 1 has finished their run. The team should aim to complete as many rounds and as many reps in 20 minutes of the following:20 Min Amrap:400m RunIron Chair HoldAlternating Burpees then 5 med ball squatsPlank hold The score is the total number of burpees completed. The squats are not counted. In order to get one burpee the 5 med ball squats must be completed..Lvl 2 Fitness20 Min Amrap:400m RowIron Chair HoldAlternating Burpees then 5 med ball squatsSit ups.Lvl 1 Technique20 Min Amrap:400m RunIron Chair HoldAlternating Burpees then 5 med ball squatsRest ( 1 member rests).
