Thursday’s squat clinic brought us back to the basics of the squat.

We do this because our goal is always to have you moving well. Speed and weights will all come, but first and foremost, we need you and want you moving well. With virtuosity, if you will. We want you to do the common, uncommonly well.

More on that next week.

But moving back to the basics is often needed in order for us to continue to progress in all other areas.
