New time + new class - Saturday, Feb 9th, 2019

Reminder that this Saturday with Coach Steph is the first Saturday of our new schedule.

8:30am Partner WOD followed by a 9:30am Team WOD.

We’ve had a number of questions about what a team WOD is. The team WOD will be similar to a partner WOD but with the opportunity to train with more people. Some days it could be teams of 4, some days it could be teams of 2 or 3, and some days it could even be teams of 6. You’ll find out each class depending on the workout, what the team number will be. Team training is super fun, but does require communication, which you will quickly discover, esp. if movements are done insync. You do not need to have a team already together to do the team WOD, we can team everyone up before the workout.

We’ve also had a number of people mention they were going to hit the Partner WOD, then stay for the team WOD. We’re not saying you can not do that (( you must sign in )) however, we have created the two classes so that more members have the opportunity to train on Saturdays, as the Saturday class was capping out.

Don’t forget about the change in time! We know we’ve said it a few times. But partner WOD is no longer at 9am. Start time is 8:30am!

Coach Steph has a fun inaugural Team WOD for you tomorrow! We know she’s looking forward to it, so enjoy!
